Within the development department of local chapter of the nonprofit AmeriCorps program, I took elements of the organization’s international brand identity to create a site-specific brand identity. I designed signage for and decorated the local headquarters office.
For the site’s annual fundraising event, Starry Starry Night, I created a more specific design set—to match the event’s invitations, table decorations, etc. Pictured are display boards at the event, and one of the awards we presented to an event honoree.

City Year Headquarters
I worked with the Creative Director to develop materials for the annual training academy for the international nonprofit organization. T-shirts, lanyards, guidebooks, and other event literature that I designed were respectively worn and used by about 1,700 event participants. Here are the event lanyard insert and appreciation cards—the latter was designed with a large background image for easier cutting as well as a fun sort of collectable puzzle piece.
